Hello, I have to use ISE Design Suite 11.1 on Windows 10, to be able to generate a bitstream for a Virtex4 FPGA. At first, this bitstream was created with ISE Design Suite 8.2 and we manage to increase Xilinx Tools version to 11.1. It is really complicated to go further. I managed to install ISE 11.1 on Windows 10. EDK did not install correctly and I simply took EDK folder from a installed 11.1 version on XP, copied it in my Xilinx 11.1 installation folder on Windows 10 PC.
